This interview confirms again that Trump is just catastrophically unfit to be making any of these decisions. Dems should use this to hound Republicans to the ends of the earth if they don't agree to get to the bottom of all of it.

Some questions to pursue here:

Awful: Trump just admitted in a new interview that he knows "very little" about the Honduran ex-president he pardoned. This guy trafficked a gazillion times more drugs into the US than anyone Trump has executed. Wrecks his case for the boat bombings.

The number of parents who I have met that do not understand that their kids are autonomous beings is truly horrifying.

And people wonder why so many adult children of emotionally wretched parents don't want to talk to their folks.

FWIW, there are very real reasons to worry that Jocelyn Ballantine was assigned to this case, tho the right wingers don't realize it may be to limit the (ahem) blast radius of the arrest.

Ballantine did some awfully corrupt things for Bill Barr in 2020, IMO.
The Jan. 6 pipe bomber arrest has spawned even more conspiracy theories.

Plus: Laura Loomer's Arby's-in-her-pants ruse has infuriated a federal judge. All that and more in today's False Flag @thebulwark.com: www.thebulwark.com/p/j6-pipe-bo...

"Never spread the lie in the headline" should be a hard rule of 21st century journalism.

Research shows that repeating lies helps to spread them, and people read headlines more than they read stories.
News media has to do better with headlines that present false and unverified public health claims.
