Triangulation (Dick Morris be cursed forever) literally worked for the Dems ONE SINGLE TIME with Clinton in '92 and even then it wouldn't have worked but for the candidacy of Ross Perot. Yet, Dems seem addicted to both the concept and, mostly, to the corporate cash that flows from being a GOP-lite.

The reason “oh, it’s cute you think there will even BE elections in 2028!” shitlibs are so annoying is they’re unwittingly dreaming of an excuse to not face their consequences. The reality of 2028 is much, much worse, which is libs will probably just renominate Kamala Harris and lose again.
Keir Starmer was the model for centrists and popularists who insisted that moving right on issues, especially immigration, is how you win at politics.

Wonder if there will ever be any self-reflection here! Ah well nevertheless

We need a 4-day, 32-hour work week with livable wages.

There is no reason that people need to be working this much.

People need time off to rest and spend with family and friends.

Hey @repstansbury.bsky.social, if you are getting to the bottom of this, why did you vote to protect your colleague who texted Epstein from getting censured?
Democrats stay silent on Stacey Plaskett, an ex-Republican who texted Epstein in Congress
Rep. Ro Khanna told The Redoubt that the "Epstein class needs to go," but wouldn't say if that includes his Democratic colleague.

people realized *at the time* that as far as old-school establishment Dems go, you weren't getting a better AG for the task than one who personally ensured a bunch of Klansmen died in prison for one of the most notorious acts of racial terror in American history, and then Biden chose...not that guy

BREAKING: Mexico’s president just called on the UN to STOP Trump, humiliating him on a global stage.

A new poll shows about 60% of Americans strongly oppose any invasion of Venezuela, yet Trump keeps pushing toward chaos anyway. In comes Mexico's president to save us.

Across the government, Trump officials and big-dollar donors are raking in all kinds of money or favors. But Democratic leadership has prioritized protecting their own corrupt incumbents and the party’s personal insider trading opportunities.

House Democrats Squander the Opportunity of Trumpian Corruption - The American Prospect
Democrats have a golden opportunity to be the anti-corruption party, but the House caucus is not seizing it.

Congress passed law to release Trump-Epstein Files and Trump (1) released about 1% of Files (2) redacted almost everything (3) clearly doctored photos & added others to attack his enemies. Only meaningful story about this “release” is everyone involved is clearly breaking the law.
This is one of the pictures the Justice Department removed from the Epstein files release:

A picture of a table with framed photos of Epstein and famous people. There are two photos of Trump in the picture — including one of him surrounded by women in bathing suits.

Since there seems to be files getting deleted from the Epstein release, I've made all four dataset zip files available for download. These are the files as they were originally released. (Downloaded within minutes of them being made public)

I read through these (more in the comments) and hoped maybe this was some cheeky lefty publication that went looking for the most extremist nuts they could find to make the right look bad.

Nope. It’s City Journal, published by the far right Manhattan Institute.

Horrifying.

This is just straight up misinformation and propaganda

These democrats don’t just not understand. They are actively working to dismantle all democratic institutions and any kind of free and fair information space.

They are either incompetent to the point of malice or acting out of malice
Children are being exploited and abused because Big Tech consistently prioritizes profits over people.

Enough is enough. Time to sunset Section 230.

I don't think this is totally true. A big part of the problem is corporate propaganda, but messaging is a real problem too.
We will likely never have a fully embraced hot labor economy which basically limits the potential for any and all leftism dramatically.
