A lot of people freak out when I say this but being sexually objectified is only one minuscule part of all the many ways in which you can be objectified as a woman.
The fact that it’s the only form of objectification you easily learn about is intentional to keep you in line.

feel like it’s important to always stress that sex is good. porn is good. like many good things, sometimes they are not good. but there is nothing inherently harmful about sex or porn. a child will be fine. an adult will be fine. sex is good and normal
The idea that all porn has to be hidden behind ID verification and/or a paywall because otherwise 'minors might see' is ridiculous. Yes, minors might see. So fucking what.

"Selling Out Is Bad" is a valuable concept and despite all the baggage and bullshit and elitism it could contain it's actually really good to reinforce the ideal that having integrity when it matters, especially when it hurts, is what good/cool people do. Should be adapted instead of jettisoned.
