This goes particularly for people who "abstain" from voting in the US to "protest." IT IS NOT A PROTEST IF IT NEVER COUNTED IN FIRST PLACE. Votes here are not mandatory yet, so abstaining means you just eliminate your own vote.
Yeah, I'm annoyed at people who refused to vote, or who threw away their vote because they couldn't be bothered to learn how our elections actually work.
