It's utterly remarkable to see massive corporations jump onto the crypto/NFT bandwagon eagerly & recklessly just because everyone else did, and then slowly see them crawl back one by one as they realize what enormous legal and commercial risk they've taken on.

I saw people posting their 10 favorite NEE games and I was all set to do it but I just drew a blank. It set off a whole lot of “wait, did NES games age poorly or something” thoughts. I rarely go back to NES games these days, but now I think I’m going to have to, just to, like, verify.

I like the ideas of games that launch into a new game on first launch, but too often I find myself just quickly launching a game to look and see what kind of settings or options it has before I have time to play it for real, so it's actually kind of a hassle. Good idea on consoles, bad on PC, maybe?
