A little talked about symptom of ADHD is Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD).
This is an intense feeling that everyone hates you.
RSD comes in waves, and does not require events to trigger it. You can be walking along with friends having a great time and suddenly you feel an outsider.

Just the fact that OpenAI is arguing that they shouldn't be liable for people killing themselves after ChatGPT helps them do it because suicide is against their TOS should be grounds for an immediate judgement against them.
