i really want to say the Dolderbahn because it’s a cog railway but my girlfriend broke her knee when we were ice skating at the top of it, so instead i’ll say the S10 to the top of Üeitliberg, the Seattle Center Monorail, and the Edmonds-Kingston Ferry

since everyone’s posting about pies i figured i should share the three i made last year. Coffee Maple Chess Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Marionberry Pie. I think the marionberry had dairy free crust using crisco instead of butter and it was definitely the best crust
