This is really important. The problem with the Roberts Court is not that they are conservative. It's that they are bad judges.
It's not just liberal judges they're doing this to. They're doing this to plenty of conservative judges too; judges who actually spent weeks and weeks poring over the details and with their arms deep in the guts of thousands of pages of documents and days of testimony.
Those judges are pissed.

Well at least Australia is famously blessed with lots of fresh water and isn't, say, our planet's driest populated continent, with a only thin reliably habitable zone around the coast, and permanent water restrictions even in their biggest city.

Bad news for Hegseth, it turns out the Pentagon is a big bureaucracy filled with people who got there because they know how to fight bureaucratic battles and they will wait for you to lie about something then leak details about it. Who knew?

In 2007, we made California’s fire hazard severity zone maps online (google maps was still new!), searchable by address, and were told to take them down immediately for property value concerns. Seemed pretty clear there was not going to be any sanctioned versions available moving forward.
Real estate interests also shut down a wildfire property risk rating & disclosure system that was proposed by an independent panel in Colorado in 2014.

An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.
