RTE reporting verbatim a Garda sargent claim at #GeorgeNkencho Inquest that there’s absolutely no way the situation could have been de-escalated. George had just walked home peacefully, watched by Gardai. Armed support arrived & shot him 6 times. Gardai surrounding, shouting & firing is escalation.
