I'm gonna start telling people that Lasers and Feelings is too rules heavy for me.
5E gets called rules light which is when I realized the phrase doesn't mean anything outside of very specific conversations where participants are familiar with everyone else's preferences. In some circles, GURPS Lite is rules light, which is a laughable statement in other circles
But also I loathe “rules light” as a term because it tells me nothing useful
The same term is used to mean “a very few, extremely precise rules deployed very strictly for immense effect” and “idk man it’s improv-driven consensus loosey-goose pure roleplaying magic, it’s so cool”.

My hot take is that most 5e groups today would be happier playing 4th edition.
older gamers aren't mad about wokeness in games. we're mad that DND 4th Edition was jettisoned for the mechanically inferior 5th Edition

These Corbelan IV cutaways by Matthew Savage for ALIEN Romulus are really cool. It gives you a great sense of size and location and you get a proper sense of scale.
In the movie the ship looks enormous, especially on the ground, but compared to other ships in the ALIEN universe it's just a baby.
