I don't want to be that guy but you should start working out if you're mentally ill. I'm bipolar 1 and I was medicated for 18 years and hospitalized on psych wards over 10 times. Nothing has helped my symptoms more than exercise.

i remember in 2009 when democrats had 60 senators and the house majority and the oval office but they couldn't get anything done because of procedural obstruction, but with only 53 gop senators and a thin gop house majority i can't help but notice a dusturbing lack of procedural obstruction today
