In this parlance, to arrest a woman is to to RESCUE her. So when you see a story saying that “X number of sex trafficking victims were rescued by police” what that almost always means is: the cops arrested those women/girls. Put them in handcuffs. Put them in jail cells
law enforcement across the country does it all the time, always under the banner of "helping." it does not help that many law enforcement agencies rely on the ideas that girls have a form of stockholm syndrome and thus NEED to be arrested to be saved.

It is better, for a given value of better, if they can put human tissue to use making people happier or healthier than if they can't.
