Fascinating that a number of those refugees here are likely due to Facebook's spreading of misinformation that led to murders and chaos.

I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986. I've upheld it through 25 years of service and every day since I retired.

If Trump's trying to intimidate me, it won’t work. I’ve given too much to our country to be silenced by bullies who care more about power than the Constitution.

The "DOGE is gone" articles are clickbait but this one gets it closer to the truth: DOGE is not gone, it just claims to have "no centralized leadership" anymore -- in other words, its leadership is hiding in an attempt to avoid blame.
DOGE no longer has ‘centralized leadership’ under White House tech team, personnel head says
The team that was altered to house DOGE — formerly the U.S. Digital Service — is also still doing its own technology work across agencies.

The post above this quoted post: they could just provide a link. They choose not to.

It is engagement bots or shitty people.

No source = bullshit

I see this behavior twice it is an unfollow or block.
Unsealed when? Yesterday?

Last month? Last year? 3 years ago?

If the information is true (with social media. it is getting harder and harder to tell), the timing does matter IMO.

And why would this be sealed in the first place?

Marc Maron tells a story on Harmontown re: Mel Brooks & Carl Reiner. A total classic Hollywood type story, like Gilbert Gottfried got out of people like Buck Henry talking about the Pat McCormick Helicopter story.

Not been told since 2013 & wasn't online until now!

Not having to have an opinion is freeing.

HOW WE BECAME ANTI-SCIENCE:

Social media taught us that our untrained, unprofessional, uninformed opinion is not only wanted, but valid.

So people think they need opinions about things they know nothing about.

Tech trained us to be anti-scientific.
XKCD is legend by now. This was one of my first "funny" meme shirts from the early 2000s.

I cannot believe people are anti-science. It works. It's like one less opinion you have to have.

They're just wearing a big red flag, and that's useful info... but where we are is astonishingly stupid.
