I guarantee one of three things is true of anyone claiming AI in the arts is “inevitable” and we should “embrace it”:

1) They just got a big check from an AI company.

2) They are heavily invested in AI companies.

3) Options 1 or 2 applies to one of their gurus/consultants who has their ear

This dumbass attitude towards the audience says two things to me:
1) Explains why so many Blumhouse productions feel like they’re half-baked/missing part of act two.

2) Blum doesn’t know the audience because the horror community he built his brand on has been raging against CGI for two plus decades

It's so depressing that all the people who are in the position of being able to be tastemakers are instead saying, "what if we just ceded all taste."

Saying audiences "don't care" is a such a sick burn on your entire filmography.

I dunno. It seems like a solid plan.

It deserves to die.

Saw an attempt to rebrand incel as "mopey gamer boy," and I am not having it.

Incel does not mean "sad little softboy emo who just needs a hug."

Incel means "guy who aggressively hates women because he wants to fuck them and they don't want to fuck him, because he is an asshole."

I’ve never seen Sound of Music, Beverly Hills 90210, My So-Called Life, Dawson’s Creek, or Watership Down.

Yeah I was stuck with it at the time for both the paid work and promoting my own work and watching it wither in usefulness for connecting while the worst elements of it were amplified. I get sucked in sometimes but I’m much more casual about it than I was and that’s much better for my 🧠
