Call your Congress folks and senators and tell them you expect the SSA offices that are funded by your taxpayer dollars to be adequately and appropriately staffed in order to provide the level of service you expect. Reassigning more folks to phones will lead to more delays in appointments and

In North Carolina, a town dissolved their library board rather than accept that libraries shouldn't engage in censorship.
