i mean, if there was some blowout loss or a blown save or something, yeah man, people love going on social media and being shitty to the guys who didnt do well. that the yankees just have such a large fanbase that even a small % being shitty is a ton of people, and i dont doubt it happened.

It's tempting to treat "the American right is a death cult" as rhetorical hyperbole, but when you look at e.g. their enthusiasm for executing people who are *clearly* innocent, no actually these people really do just worship and revel in death and murder
