Reminder that years ago it was found out that the FBI straight up made up a whole bunch of fake forensic sciences, plural. People have gone to jail and been executed due to literally pseudoscience.
Hair forensics, for instance, is totally nonsense.

I mostly use the Libby app to listen to free audiobooks, but currently using it to read when insomnia strikes from over sugar/caffeination from this wonderful Christmas break. I’m not dyslexic but I found I read so much faster with the “OpenDyslexic” font turned on, if that helps anyone else 🤷♀️👍

I got the flu jab back in October. I still got the lovely “super flu” just before Christmas break. Luckily for me it was FAR less intense than for those who didn’t get vaccinated. Help your body out, get vaccinated!

Hubs wanted to watch the old Star Trek movies over Christmas break, which I’m cool with. Typically we watch the old Star Wars movies, so why not, I dig space movies. Then as we work our way through the Shatner 6, I realize I have never seen them before. No idea how that’s happened 🤷♀️
