Next time Labour is in a jam,they should announce a law that forces online retailers to disclose their delivery company *before* you place an order so you can cancel if you wish. Would avoid sinking feeling I get when notified my “parcel is with Evri”.

I've hired for the BBC and for myself, and this is very very true.
Ive been involved in hiring at several of the companies I’ve worked at. At one company, I saw all of the direct applications, I was the first person to review them.
The quality was *terrible*. Most people put zero effort into their application.
