This is completely wrong. I've lived in Europe. They don't want our cars because:
1. Too big for roads and parking spaces
2. Too fuel inefficient in countries where gas is $6/gallon
3. Considered low quality for the cost

There are all sorts things people can lack. Money is one, any feeling for the problems of others is another. Sometimes people can be poor and still not understand what it means.
I have been. I have lived on friends sofas and hid when landlords came to collect the rent. I've done without electricity and gas because I couldn't put money in the meter. As far as I can say, it didn't turn me into a hateful, bigoted, individual who has turned what they do into demonising others.
