Our Bookmans store is like that - meeting new dog friends is part of the adventure. (Flagstaff is a doggy town anyway, I think.)

Brian, I heard your comments about Bookmans in Flagstaff. The shop’s HQ is in Tucson and there are 5 locations in AZ. If you’re ever in Tucson, you should hit the locations there — much bigger than the one in Flag. So many 80s and 90s throwbacks with books, music, video games, etc. Love that place.

Well we decided to buy DVDs/Blu-rays again. Bought a ton at Bookmans on Sunday. Since you don’t really own the digital copies that you buy, we decided to get physical copies. Plus they can just take it away or if you decide to get rid of your subscription, again you won’t be able to view it.

Really glad you were able to check it out. We are lucky enough to have Bookmans less than a mile from us here in Mesa, AZ. My 11yo daughter LOVES when we take a trip there (which we do a couple of times a month) 😊

I really like them, too! After moving here to Phoenix last year from Denver, I went into Indie bookstore withdrawal. Happened upon a Bookmans about six months ago when looking for a bathroom, of all things! I'm obviously a huge fan!!

i think the bookmans shelves had some fancy clothes stored in it (it was a noble's property) and urianger would mix and match fancy stuff with comfortable/useful housewear. a lovely velvet dress w delicate golden embroidery underneath a worn apron covered in alchemy stains. plus comfy house slippers
