#CHEDDAR
Yeah I think lots of people get loads but I’m not sure B is so much into all these specialty cheeses unless they are a specialty cheddar.

Go for both of your favourites. I like cheddar, but it’s not cheeseboard-worthy for my tastebuds lol

I like cranberry wednesleydale but B doesn’t. He loves a vintage cheddar. So that’s a must for him.

How many cheeses do people put on their Xmas cheeseboards if it’s only for 2 people. I bought 4. A vintage cheddar, a Comte, a port salut and an artisan Stilton. We wool also have ham & cold chicken. Bearing in mind I’ll be gone by late morning on the 27th and then it will just be B.

I had some Shropshire Blue (cos, Shropshire, innit!) and some herb Boursin in my last delivery, already got some cheddar and crackers, so picky teas to see me in to the new year 😋

Wow the Campbell Cheddar Cheese soup mix in the sweet pastries 🤭. Another way the mormons lost me is their relentless need to keep serving “vintage” food in the current era. Either your body is a temple….or it’s too much jello, mayo, high sodium soups tossed into crockpots and crispy “onion” mix 🤢

Standard 250g block of cheddar size packet. I think the magic cheese may cease to work if you abuse it in such a way.
I agree that Stinking Bishop extruding from a rectangular packet at a cm per second would make you some serious pocket money.

It’s laziness and a lack of brain plasticity. Americans calcify faster than cheddar left out overnight. This is why we always have to wait for generational shifts. This is also why bad actors win. People know they’re bad actors, but the lazy simple brain of American normies refuses change.

Yesterday perogies (cheddar, jalapeno, green onion) going in freezer bags, coconut red lentil curry in jars, prepping to make a batch of kimchi, listening to Scottish pipe and drum, on an island in Puget Sound.

Yeah, we're not from western Pennsylvania anymore. 🙂

I'd go for very mature cheddar too.

"a whole serving of cheddar is about a one-inch cube," my brain says as i scoop that much pub cheese onto a triscuit

Snowdonia Black Bomber is a staple in our house year round. We call it puck because we are Canadian. Best aged cheddar in the world in our opinion.
Enjoy your feast.

I'm going to cook today but I don't want to. I should probably start now, though. Chicken and rice with some cheddar cheese sauce a la Stouffer's.

Hmmm....that's alright then, we'll die of heart disease instead 🤔
I'm sticking to my max daily intake of 30g cheddar & the rest is low or no fat!
