#CRIME/#CRIMINAL
Can someone please explain to me why the press feels compelled to discuss whether or not victims have a criminal history when it's not them committing the crime?!

Boy, I am just a former state public defender and federal criminal investigator but someone is going to have to explain to me how federal agents who are not on federal property are able to block state law enforcement from accessing a crime scene

Sounds like pretty clear Obstruction of Justice to me

6. Definitely don't engage in criminal conspiracies in a Signal group, even a vetted Signal group. In fact, if someone contacts you on Signal with ideas for a crime you could do together, assume that person is a fed.

But feeding people is not a crime, organizing a neighborhood watch is not a crime

🤔

This is criminal conspiracy to commit a crime by everyone Involved.

Creepy racist scumbag JD Vance: “If we're trying to find a sex offender, tell us where the guy lives.”

He lives in the bulldozed White House and crime hub Mar-a-Lago. If you need more of a hint, he’s your fucking criminal boss.

I hope people are waking up to what the nonstop crime narrative contributes to. The emphasis on this victim not having a criminal record feeds into the idea that killing someone with a criminal record is acceptable.

As I stated before, I believe This is criminal conspiracy to commit a crime by everyone Involved.

Every Ice Agent needs to understand that eventually they WILL be charged with every crime they commit. Trump can not save them from states holding them responsible for the criminal actions.

DHS ignored a judicial search warrant issued to Minnesota DPS to investigate the crime scene.

There was no indication now or then that there was/is a federal criminal investigation at that crime scene, and even if there had been, the authority of the FBI in some situations to take the lead on an investigation does not allow them to bar state law enforcement from the scene

(2) Many others came here legally but overstayed visas, which we’ve historically treated as a civil rather than criminal infraction

(3) Unlawful entry on a first offense is a misdemeanor. Which is not the level of “crime” we typically enforce with brute squad tactics.

All this demonstrates how truly dangerous the ideas of crime and criminal are.

Trump series

“In their criminal justice system, the people are oppressed by two separate yet equally important groups: ICE, who commit crime; and regime officials, who refuse to prosecute the offenders and smear the victims.”

Textbook extortion. In the real U.S. she would immediately be impeached for such criminal behavior. She is literally committing a crime to facilitate the commission of yet another crime.

You cannot be punished by the state as a criminal without a prosecution. at trial (IF trial), innocence is presumed and guilt needs to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. It does not follow that ordinary citizens can’t make their own judgments about whether a crime was committed.

Amongst the BS, the aging effect is real. Most people age out of crime. A society that becomes more elderly is expected to have lower per capita crime rates. I haven't looked at how much of the crime decline it explains, but age is probably the best predictor for criminal risk.
Why is crime falling? We asked the worst and dumbest people in America to explain it

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was denied access to the crime scene of a murdered US & Minnesotan citizen.

At the very most, the appropriate charge here would be disorderly conduct and/or trespassing, minor state misdemeanor offenses. Pam Bondi going on social media and shrieking about this being a violent crime makes her seem utterly unhinged to anyone who has ever worked in the criminal justice system.

Toward poverty which creates the conditions for crime. We also know that the criminal justice system is a political tool rather than a fair judgement of guilt or character. Even then people still consider the crime when evaluating a felons fitness for a leadership position.

And another angle showing how the killed man, 37 yo nurse, no criminal record, was assaulted then shot to death with 10 bullets this morning in Minneapolis, by a masked federal agent. No sign of any crime was being committed. He was acting peacefully/lawfully. www.threads.com/@dino.luck/p...

This is a broader problem laid out in a slightly outdated but still excellent book by Harvey Silverglate, "Three Felonies a Day": federal criminal law is now so swollen and byzantine that you can plausibly argue virtually anybody is guilty of SOME sort of crime if you're willing to dig enough.
Fun example: the (revised) federal Gun-Free School Zones Act. If you've ever bought a hunting rifle (say) or shotgun that came in a cardboard box, and you drove it home from the store and passed within 1,000 feet of a K-12 without having it in a locked container, that was a federal felony. [...]

'Such is the Crime which you are to judge. But the criminal also must be dragged into day, that you may see and measure the power by which all this wrong is sustained. From no common source could it proceed.'

Thank you, Dana. This was NOT a crime scene. This woman was not a criminal. ICE shoved a woman. Explain this first. This is not an "investigation". This was ICE assaulting a citizen. Alex was helping a woman who had been pushed to the ground. ICE then assaulted him. Bovino is lying.
