CBO is a requirement which was approved by Detroiters during the 2016 election which is triggered if there is at least $75 million in construtcion costs and $1 million in tax abatements or $1 million in property sale or transfer without open bidding.

I love Detroiters and ITYSL, like I’m ride or die for Detroiters, but I just cannot get into any of his longer format stuff. I did not enjoy the movie with Paul Rudd and I cannot get into The Chair Company.

Trash Tuesday: While I understand that Tim Robinson does things people find really funny, and I love how hard he rides for Detroit, I cannot make it through more than about 10 minutes of any of his stuff. Detroiters, ITYSL, Chair Company, none of it.

Wow, I have absolutely no idea where it got that from. Can't even find anything claiming The Chair Company would have even been mentioned once from within The Detroiters. Reproducible, too. No hallucination when asked the difference between the two shows.
