You can buy flip bits for any drill. The base goes in your drill like a normal bit. The head comes out of the base for flipping. Put the drive bit and drill bit of your choice in each end. To flip, pull the base unit toward you slightly, which unlocks the head. DeWalt isn't the only maker.

Makes more sense if you have a lot of the same brand tools(Milwaukee, Dewalt, Rigid) that you use regularly enough to need extra batteries for but yeah, they cost more than the tool these days

"whatever was on sale the FIRST time you bought one". You can check out of DeWalt any time you like, but you can never leave.

Stand for the table saw. It’s the same height as the one you can just buy from dewalt, but this is heavier.

Proprietary battery designs are annoying. I just discovered that you can get adapters to use the same battery across different power tools, even with different voltages (they have built-in DC-to-DC converters) and different brands. Game changer!

Iiiits a whole 12v Dewalt drill.

I’m mostly on the dewalt battery platform, and I think the 20V Brad nailer I got last year is probably my most used tool by volume aside from my drill / drivers. Dead useful in a solo workshop.

Right now my air tools are mostly for spraying, impact wrench, or framing nailer.

My dad invested heeaaaavillyy into Ryobi and loooooves it.

I recommend Dewalt and Ryobi to anyone who wants to get into a lot of the stuff I do/have done, but don’t want to bankrupt their selves.

Ryobi also just like…has an idea for a product, and green lights it immediately, it’s really cool!

even more insane part is they are almost all owned by the same few companies. Like, I own DeWalt and Craftsman 20v tools. Not compatible. Same company. That should be illegal AF

Also in the tools.

If DeWalt, he got some change.
If they’re not posting luxury clothing, just know the wealth is in the grilling equipment.

It bugs me that you can't replace cells too! I took apart a dead battery at work last Friday and sourced some new cells. Who knows if I can actually get it to fly, but we're gonna try. 👍

if you, like me, are building up a lego collection from scratch, ~$50 each for:

- 1x Set 11021: Lego Classic - 90 Years of Play
- 1x Set 11036: Lego Classic - Creative Vehicles
- 4x DWST14925: DeWalt Pro Shallow Organizer

gets you a good mix of 2,000 pieces and storage for all of them. 💜
