Even if you don't think your catalog of work warrants a portfolio, you should still make one! I felt this way for a long time, and was encouraged to put one together. It has made a real difference. It doesn't have to be elaborate or beautiful, but it helps serious clients see what you're capable of.

I like the old canard that the only thing you really need to know about Naboo is that a) they elect literal children as their leaders and b) the threats to those children’s lives are so substantial they need an elaborate system of bodyguards trained from equally young age and decoys.

Could you elaborate a little? I feel like I can't really tell who's a fighter v. a caver here because it seems that many backroom cavers (e.g. Schumer) are hiding behind a public "no" vote.

Largely because of the classic JRPG cover style with the white background. Simple but effective. But I admit, I like the more elaborate, cool covers. At least Paper Mario has been carrying the torch somewhat, just that the games themselves didn't take themselves seriously since THAT game.

Or maybe organize as a back alley gang to rule the underbelly of the streets of some majorly corrupt city?
