Don’t we have to ask what kind of person Susie Wiles has to be, for her unwavering support of the worst Pres in history? Why is she getting a pass? When it’s been said, she’s involved in his every decision! Doesn’t that make her just as horrible as Trump is? Maybe worse!

When white men claim they are the most oppressed ever in history & so unfairly hated, do they ever consider that on top of their enormous privilege the constant demands they be more privileged, even less expected to succeed over others, has far more to do with the resentment than their identities?
One problem with this take is the number of high profile white millennial men in the media...

Because he created the enormous bomb Book of Henry.
That and Disney was still reeling from the clusterfuck that was Solo's development so the idea of working with someone they thought they couldn't manage scared them right back into the least interesting filmmaker in their call history.

This is true (as is the follow-up about it not just applying to AAA). And I'll tell ya:

Folks, this is 1,000% a comms issue. There's a reason marketing and communications are separate disciplines. Every PR agency flak in history has had a front row seat to sensible comms advice getting shitcanned
ceo culture is so scary because they quite literally always end up making an ass out of their company because they cant shut the fuck up lmao

The irony, as you well know, is that the protections over the archaeological digging is to protect history, which is being damaged by the lack of ability to use the building to the full because of the lack of a toilet. And also it's so hard to get any funding for an archaeological dig.

Opposition to human integration has never, at any period of history, succeeded. Stupid Stephen Miller and company are destined to fail.

That season is still unbelievable to me because it was a complete disaster early. In the first week we learned:

1) Polanco cannot play the field anymore
2) Polanco cannot hit from the right side anymore

And then he had the best month in team history and one of the all-time bounce back seasons.
Did you know: New Met Jorge Polanco just had the largest year-to-year drop in strikeout rate ... ever?

I had a Russian history professor in college who strongly held the position that the Soviet Union and communism as expressed there was largely an continuation of long-standards Russian patterns of authoritarianism, expansionism, and conquest, going back to the Golden Horde era
