Jag har börjat svänga i frågan, från att betrakta förslagen om förbud som ren moralism till att luta åt att det kanske kan behövas. Framförallt insikten om att det finns flera fall av kraftiga hjärnskador och dödsfall även av strypning _med samtycke_ gör att det kanske inte ska kunna samtyckas till?

Yeah, Swedish person here 🙋‍♂️
My effective income tax is ~30%, with a marginal tax rate of ~55%. My employer also pays ”social fees” of 32% on top of my salary.

(My salary is high compared to Swedish standards, but firmly middle by US standards)

Om det fortfarande står saker i din journal som du tycker är felaktiga/lögner kan du kontakta vårdgivaren och kräva att det förs in i journalen att du anser innehållet felaktigt (även om de vägrar ändra). Lagstadgad rättighet enligt Patientdatalagen, så det kan de inte neka.

Patientdatalagen:
[K3] 8 § Om patienten anser att en uppgift i patientjournalen är oriktig eller missvisande, ska det antecknas i journalen.

[K3] 9 § Uppgifter som ska antecknas enligt 6-8 §§ ska föras in i journalen så snart som möjligt.

Japp. Om du inte får gehör från den som skrivit anteckningen så googla fram vem som är klinikchef/överläkare och vänd till den. I åtminstone Region Stockholm kan man ringa regionens växel och be att bli kopplad till [namn] utan att ha tillgång till personens direktnummer.

Jag har fått även signerade journalanteckningar ändrade. I mitt fall upprättades två journalanteckningar som innehöll direkt osanna uppgifter, och det krävde en del tjafs att få dem ändrade, men till slut löste det sig (men jag fick trots det aldrig ens en ursäkt).
