While I admit to not being a constitutional scholar, a lawyer, or fully informed on this issue...and also that I may dip into hyperbole at times, I do think that Congress has the ability to decide the issue if he has an inability to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Is that not so?

Terrorizing random innocent humans as well as the horses over which they are supposed to be caregivers is bad bad. Neither hunting and terrorizing humans nor terrorizing horses in the process is acceptable and should be a criminal offense. I suspect it is.

I feel that in 'the before times,' I'd be making jokes about the shitplane.
It pales in comparison to torture, disappearing people, and murder. Yet, somehow, THIS is a tipping point for me.
We absolutely can not keep accepting the actions of this executive branch. 25th or whatever, weed them out.
