Jury duty came and went uneventfully. I wasn't selected for anything. Thank you to everyone who DM'd me names of local people to nullify for!

Always show up to jury duty and don't let them send any resistors to jail. It only takes 1 "not guilty" for an anti-fascist to go free!

Charlie Kirk never cared about debates.

Political violence is abhorrent. I have not celebrated Kirk's death.

But Newsom calling for his followers to "continue Charlie Kirk's work," someone who praised stoning gay people as "god's perfect law," who called for men to "take care of" trans people like they did in the 50s and 60s, is not it.

Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah took down X posts Tuesday making an apparent connection between Gov. Tim Walz and the man accused of shooting two Minnesota lawmakers and their spouses, and blaming “Marxists” for the murders. The change comes after blowback from Sen. Tina Smith and her staffers as well as Minnesota Democratic and Republican lawmakers.

One X post said “Nightmare on Waltz Street,” with pictures of Boelter, who is accused of killing Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, and shooting Sen. John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, in the early morning hours of June 14. Boelter also went to the homes of two other state lawmakers that night; one house was empty, and at the other, a police officer pulled up to the house shortly after Boelter arrived, so Boelter left.

Another Lee post read, “This is what happens When Marxists don’t get their way,” with a picture of Boelter.

Neo-Nazi Anders Breivik killed 77 in Norway in 2011. Brenton Tarrant killed 51 in shootings at 2 mosques in New Zealand in 2019.

UPDATE #2:
They arrested her based on a marijuana possession charge that happened 3 years ago in Texas.
She was supposed to have a meeting with immigration in between then and now, but it was canceled and never rescheduled.
Her status was recently updated to illegal by the current admin, so that's why they arrested her.
She was given two options:
1. Self deport to the country of her choice; she has the pay for the ticket ofc, and likely will not be allowed in back in.
2. Try to fight in court, and she will be moved to a MALE facility while she awaits trial. She could still be deported but the government gets to choose where she goes.
