if a trans person had committed a crime the headlines would not only lead with that but also deadname them, they'd be described as "a biological ____" who identifies as ______" and you'd have to read several paragraphs in to find they were cleared of anything at all.

If Labour abolish most trials by jury, and a future Reform government then takes us out of the ECHR, we'll end up in an incredibly scary place because we'll be at the whim of a handful of people.
