I am not in the vicinity of the gassing. If it makes to me, the winds will have to significantly shift. That said, it is BAD. If I can smell it from the freeway with windows rolled up is is BAD. A health disaster.

Let them eat *a* broccoli
“Let them eat broccoli” is a winning message for the midterms
Brooke Rollins: "We've run over 1,000 simulations. It can cost around $3 a meal for a piece of chicken, a piece of broccoli, corn tortilla, and one other thing. So there is a way to do this that actually will save the average American consumer money."

Run those air cleaners harder than ever. (I know some people turned them off or down so they could better hear horns or whistles but it might be time to crank them up.)

The main bank account holding revenue from the Venezuelan oil sales is located in Qatar.

“There is no basis in law for a president to set up an offshore account that he controls so that he can sell assets seized by the American military,” Sen. Elizabeth Warren.

The insult added to injury is that the most productive parts of the country are being forced to finance their own occupation and brutalization.
Koh: Trump has now spent $30 billion from the last bill for 10,000 more I.C.E. Agents that are going to be on the streets. That $30 billion would cover all the ACA subsidies for a year. It would eliminate all co-pays for prescription drugs for people from a year, and eliminate all medical debt.

For food averse kids and adults (who are frequently neurodivergent), who have a restricted diet due to neurobiological differences, a $3/meal budgeting can be a literal death sentence. It’s another form eugenics.
On the $3/meal thing: I went through a weird period where I tried to be really frugal and would try to limit my grocery budget to $50/week. I am single and educated. It was really hard and ultimately something I gave up, because it made me miserable.

The eagle devouring a snake atop a cactus references an Aztec legend, and is where the design of the Mexican flag originates.

Modern interpretations of the legend and its depictions (like the flag) understand the eagle as Mexico, devouring its foes (the snake).

So that’s a hilarious design choice.

Hey Minnesotans, that green smoke is BAD! It's zinc chloride, and they used it in Portland.

Here's a quote from a science paper about it:

ICE just confronted us in our car saying it’s our first & final warning. There’s nothing illegal about driving your car safely on Stinson, Lowry, or any street in our community.

They are purposefully surging at school get out times terrorizing our families. Ice needs to stay away from our kids.

Folks, here's the basis for the story claiming Enrique Tarrio is on the DHS list. I took a glance at the list in question. It is NOT (just) ICE officers -- and public reporting suggests it's not all current officials.

More importantly, it has people who aren't ICE, like Ann Coulter.

I implore my fellow Dems not to overthink this. You can just say - I’m against the government shooting people in the face for no good reason. This is not hard. Same with the ludicrous invasion of Greenland. Democrats are anti-invasion of Greenland bc it’s the dumbest thing ever. Be ruthlessly blunt.
New CNN polling:

Most Americans see an immigration officer’s fatal shooting of Renee Good as an inappropriate use of force. Roughly half view it as a sign of broader issues with the way ICE is operating, w/under 1/3 saying that ICE operations have made cities safer.

Why do so many apparently healthy people die or get severely ill from infections that would be considered low risk?
For one, we don't have any way of assessing a person's immune system function in the clinic

Moreover, ICE must be destroyed
there's a link in the replies but the long and short of it is: it's zinc chloride, which can basically cause heavy metal toxicity that can cause permanent respiratory damage as well as liver damage.
That green gas is even more dangerous than regularly dangerous gas.
