I wonder how suffragettes would feel seeing all these people saying that politicians need to earn their votes or that, somehow, not voting is a powerful act.

Voting is a duty. We are responsible for where we are. WE voted for these people. WE voted for destroyers and never let the builders build.

Chicagoland is a friendly, safe, vibrant, & fun place. I’m very happy my kids have grown up in the Rogers Park neighborhood of the city, & in Evanston. They’re both wonderful places.

But ICE is attacking us. People are doing everything possible to protect their neighbors. But it’s hard.
