ICE just showed up at our house for the second day in a row. Four cars yesterday, today five. They rolled up slow, then got out to taunt us, and take pictures of the house. They want fear to overwhelm us, to project a fantasy of power meant to intimidate, isolate, produce obedience—not happening.

Still don't know how I got it all done. I've written 20 page papers in under 12 hours with physical books in front of me as sources. I don't think I could do it today!

I know that to some people this might seem like a small complaint compared to other stuff or me trying to struggle for something, but I consider this an absolutely, huge, huge, huge, huge, huge mistake, like I can't overstate how mad this makes me.
Bitcoin passed $1,000 apiece under Obama in 2013. By then it was a serious enough factor that it could've been addressed.

And it's funny how much "immigrants" (I know which kind they mean) perceive science / math to be more fair. Science and math professors openly encouraged my black american friends to drop out of their classes, even when they werent performing poorly.

Immigrants tend to gravitate (and steer their children) towards fields with objective answers bc of the fear of being discriminated against in the subjective ones.
Same reason they steer their kids away from sports where talent evaluation is based on "the coach thinks you have grit and hustle".
