Hey. "No Other Choice" is the best film I've seen all year. I've seen some good ones, which is rare this year, as I'm usually a year or four behind.

Every decade, we hear "the kids can't read or write!"

Interventions that don't work are proposed. Those that do work are ignored: reducing class sizes, making kids & families feel safe at school and welcome, becoming a community resource.

When their expensive reform fails, they yell at us again.

I can't recommend getting goofy drunk in St. Louis more. It's certainly not the alcohol at the bar and restaurant in the basement of this novelty British Lit hotel talking and truly the ambience of the city.

And I have a flat tire. Please, if anyone needs art done for them, consider hiring me.
Hey, I'm going to be honest, I've had some rotten luck these last couple months. About three different projects got cancelled, so, if you need covers, pages, posters, album art, and you like my style, please consider hiring me.

“Don’t be diabetic and eat better, poors.”

Not an exaggeration, that’s literally Bhattacharya’s plan.

When we said the Great Barrington Declaration smacked of eugenics, this is what we meant.
Jay Bhattacharya's plan for a new pandemic is for everyone to suddenly be healthy.

I used to post on Myspace how we would convenience ourselves into extinction. At some point I assumed we'd stop and fight it. COVID showed me otherwise.

Hello! It's been a year and some change since I was laid-off from my previous job, and I'd love a new one.

My name is Steve and I have 7 years of experience in the animation industry as a background artist and illustrator. I've worked on shows like Castlevania, and card games like MtG!

White Claws are cocktails for people who don't understand beer and are afraid of being emasculated for ordering a delicious cocktail and I am sub-skeeting the guy next to me at the bar.

Vine is making a comeback as diVine, backed by former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey.

The new app will feature over 10,000 classic archived Vines and will prohibit AI-generated content.

if you voted in Seattle you gotta make sure your ballot counted now
There are 1,700 ballots that need signature confirmation. That is enough to change the election.

OpenAI pirated large numbers of books and used them to train models.

OpenAI then deleted the dataset with the pirated books, and employees sent each other messages about doing so.

A lawsuit could now force the company to pay $150,000 per book, adding up to billions in damages.

Hot tip for artists— u can get refurbed Cintiq 22HDs (typically old ones used by schools) on eBay for like $250. They’re nice and big screen tablets and despite being an older model work great. It’s a nice alternative if you want a professional tablet but can’t afford any of the nicer new ones!
