Lol literally just told my kid who was poorly freestyling in the car that rap is in iambic pentameter (they’re studying Shakespeare in English right now).
He called me a nerd.

The kid had norovirus as a baby and I could smell it before I saw him. I walked in and it looked like a murder scene. He was covered in everything that came out of his body. I had no help. And had to clean all that literal shit up knowing I would also get sick and have to take care of myself.

I’ll never forget one morning I was sad about not having another pregnancy. I wanted to know what it felt like to have a planned baby. Not even 30 mins later this boy threw up Thai basil fried rice all over the bathroom floor at 6:30am. You could smell it throughout the house 😭.
