Reminder:

When a herd of reindeer is threatened, the herd runs fast in a "cyclone" to confuse predators, keeping the most vulnerable in the center. The whole herd survives.

Trying to save "most" of the herd lets predators pick off the herd, most vulnerable first, until there's no herd left.

The Thanksgiving (symptomatic) covid infections should begin manifesting their outward symptoms about now.

Flu and RSV symptoms will be following soon.

It's a good day to put on that respirator mask, if you haven't already. For your sake and others.

"I'm going to tax the everloving shit out of the rich people who made your life miserable and put every masked thug who broke the law or traitor who wrecked the government for their own profit in prison" I admit is too long for a sign, but at the very least this should be the spirit of the thing.
No value, no villain, no vision. Sounds like the tagline for the earnings call of a collapsing appliance retailer

The worst part about living in a country diving this deep into fascism and genocide is being unable to escape it because no other country wants you.

This is the truth for millions of disabled people.

"Never spread the lie in the headline" should be a hard rule of 21st century journalism.

Research shows that repeating lies helps to spread them, and people read headlines more than they read stories.
News media has to do better with headlines that present false and unverified public health claims.

This made up data needs to be public and discussed by experts. It likely nonsense and was released days before ACIP meets to justify whatever RFK has decided new vaccine policy will be. Prob denying COVID vax to kids entirely. ACIP meets on DEC 2-3.
NEW: The F.D.A. announced in an internal memo that 10 children died "because of" the Covid shot. Other experts want to see proof.

“This is a profound revelation,” Dr. Prasad's memo said. “For the first time, the U.S. F.D.A. will acknowledge that Covid-19 vaccines have killed American children.”

I will be the first to admit I couldn’t understand why anyone would oppose Assisted Dying… and then I became disabled and had it “offered” to me.

It’s not compassionate when there’s coercion.

It’s not dignified when it’s offered in lieu of care.

Listen to disabled people.

Maybe I'm missing an important point, but the Ford gov's claim that "Landlords will lower rents if they can rent out more of their properties now that we've given them more power over tenants" feels like something you'd say if you'd never literally never heard of capitalism before in your life.

I'm going to go one step further:

Please don't steal a physical book, even from a "big box store".

My experience working in a big bookstore was that the theft counted against our store, not corporate, and determined available payroll hours.

Ask your library to buy the book if you can't afford it.
REMINDER: if you think your right-on lefty/socialist/communist/etc. politics justifies pirating books, well guess what? Most writers don't make a living wage from their books or writing work, and stealing from them makes you a class traitor.

Hey, graphic designers... lil chat?

We get it. You're artists. We all respect how you can make almost words w/ just shapes and colors.

But you save that sh*t for a gallery show.

Your job is to communicate.

Logos like this are annoying to anyone, and a hate crime against neurodivergent folks.
I’m very sorry to announce this to the rest of the country & the world, but a transitional logo has been chosen for the 2034 Salt Lake City Olympics & this is it. Why does it say Utah? We don’t know. Why is the font illegible? Yet another mystery. Did they go ugly on purpose? Again, no idea.
