I don't think my suggestion of "Strap every AI CEO into a big centrifuge, spin it up, then toss in a brick" is an unreasonable one.
This does seem just a little bit bad! Idk the sort of thing you’d think politicians might distance themselves from or something!

It sounds like comically specific hyperbole but it is verifiably true that in the same year Elon Musk predicted fully autonomous taxis serving half the nation, what actually happened was his chatbot became a pedophile

"What was your favourite game of 2025?"

Keir Starmer - *sincere answer about spending his limited time with his kids playing Mario Kart, delivered as if he just googled it*

Ed Davey - "I still love a bit of Wii Sports"

Kemi Badenoch - "My best friend was killed by a Sega Mega Drive"

This is the exact lighting they use for the pic to accompany a profile of a professor who got suspended because he kept using slurs in class as a supposed intellectual provocation.
I guess this has probably already gone viral somewhere but I am simply dying at this picture of a bear that looks like it hired a photographer to do a glamour shoot

Correcting an earlier error - “You’ll have to prize it from my cold dead hands” was not, in fact, a design suggestion.

Sunderland now have more home points (15) this Premier League season than they managed in each of their last three relegation years:

• 2016/17: 14 home points
• 2005/06: 7(!)
• 2002/03: 11

And not far shy of home points totals in 2013/14 (18) and 2014/15 (20)
