Windows in infuriating, I have w11 on my work VDI and am tired of upsell. We already pay for it so why bother? Saving something in Excel? One drive is the first option you have to click about to save it locally. Sending that file in Outlook? Oop can't type yet, are you sure you don't want one drive?
