I probably post about politics too much but my shitposts are incredible.
Making it legal to tell people not to do crimes is a slippery slope to making it not legal to do crimes which could set a dangerous precedent. Imagine a world where the people in government that broke the law went to jail. That’s the world if Kamala won. Terrifying.

I think people should start specifying what they mean by AI bubble. I think a late 90s industry crash is possible, maybe even likely but people are getting gassed up enough to think we’re going to be driving the deserts killing for water when Nvidia actually drops GPU prices again.

I love the idea that there's a desperate interstellar alliance on the far side of the galaxy that started Eve because it desperately needed better Army Logistics Officers.
Like I think those of us that put in serious Wing Commander hours could in fact form a space navy.
We’ll find some people that played Eve for operations.
I never did play Homeworld but those folks can do strategy.

I’m sure it helps that it was around the same time I totally transitioned out of my last freelance writing gigs but shutting that thing down and nuking the careers of everybody involved from orbit was when I was like “oh so journalism‘s like FUCKED fucked.”
