Trans people in the UK would be well-advised to get accessible toilet keys. Get them from us and you can:

A) get them for free if you need one

B) pay and keep your money within a community initiative that's doing vital work to build the support framework the trans community desperately needs.

One year ago today since my vaginoplasty (it's my fannyversary)!

A story in two pics -- before and after. I've never been so high.

Still very happy I did this.

Anyone know how I can contact the editors of BBC News/Kuenssberg…?They have not balanced Cass with someone advocating on behalf of trans children. That is in breach of their charter.

You may laugh, but the Macbeths are a much better role model for a marriage than Romeo and Juliet. They discuss their problems (killing the king of Scotland), share their hobbies (killing the king of Scotland), and resolve their conflicts (by killing the king of Scotland).

Ok 💪
One very obvious piece of solidarity cis people can engage in now, is, if there are “gender-neutral” loos at work, use them every time.

Hi everyone. As you know, I am our trans rights lead at Good Law Project. I have been working alongside a fantastic team on our challenge since May last year. But whilst what we have achieved is significant - there is still a lot further to go.

If you can, please donate and help us keep fighting.

We've written to Bridget Phillipson to point out she's legally obliged to reject the EHRC's draft guidance

The Government committed in its manifesto to “remove indignities for trans people”. We're asking that they take steps to protect the trans community & correct what the Supreme Court got wrong

The best headline I have seen on this in a major paper:

metro.co.uk/2026/02/13/t...
Trans children ‘will lose any hope of happiness’ under school gender guidance
'Trans children need to be supported and respected.'

So, at my place of work, there is not difference in toilet use between staff and students toilet use. But now trans students can use the correctly-gendered toilets, but not trans staff.

Ridiculous!
This is our news read out:

"Service providers may lawfully allow trans women to use women’s facilities without being forced to open them to cis men" and "the EHRC’s exclusionary draft Code of Practice does not accurately reflect the law and the Minister will have to send it back to be rewritten."

To me, this feels like a car crash unfolding in slow motion at point-blank range. It is the transphobes who are being crushed, not us, but it is still terrifying because it seems like it could harm us too.

Today’s judgment makes one thing very clear: the reality of trans lives still goes ignored by the courts.

Nonbinary trans femme popping out for breakfast snacks and wondering which bathrooms she'll be able to use by the end of the day.

(Turns out: when a customer, the women's but as an employee, only the disabled or fully isolated ones.)

I really hate this timeline.

The High Court has ruled on our challenge to the EHRC’s interim guidance.

The judgment contains some good news for trans rights – but plenty of bad.

Support every trans, non-binary or questioning person you know. Speak out for those you don’t. Vote for politicians who want to expand humanity, not shrink it. And for god’s sake, stop buying Harry Potter or the works of those who want to ruin the lives of our loved ones out of their own ignorance.

IMPORTANT

The court has not yet formally ordered the quashing of the provision, and so it still remains in force pending an Order - see highlighted text.

So provision remains in force.

Suspect government may seek urgent appeal before Order made.
