A "facility" could very well just end up being a hangar or space for their pilots to house planes and their break rooms.. but that's still something we've never let any foreign entity build on our soil let alone INSIDE one of our bases at home.

Not to mention the **insane security risk** this could be if that facility isn't constantly inspected and swept for espionage devices.

Like, we haven't let Five Eyes countries build facilities on our US soil bases like this could be. Our most trusted intelligence allies don't get this treatment.
