Is there a statute of limitations on blowing up the moon? I mean, it was an accident, right? But I'd think a few weeks later nobody would be so mad. I mean, I'm the victim here. Do you have to go through your day knowing you blew up the moon? I feel the media should respect my privacy at this time.

It's 233.15 degrees Kelvin outside this spaceship on the leeward side of the sun. That means it's -40 out for us humans. That's -40 in Celsius and Kelvin. I like it inside the spaceship better. These void suits don't like the cold that well. They get very stiff. Inside the boat is much better.

I didn’t really dig Starship Troopers because I thought it was way too on-the-nose and was too heavy-handed in its whole parody of how fascist the original novel is.
But it turns out that it STILL went right over the heads of, you know, actual fascists.

It would be a mistake to see Trumpism as authoritarianism imposed on an unwilling nation, as opposed to authoritarianism implemented in a nation with a plurality that is already made up of authoritarian bootlickers who created the context for Trumpism to thrive.
