now that 1.0's been out for a bit, wanted to share some of my contributions to Hades II!

had the pleasure to work with the team for the past few years - not comprehensive at all but here's a small sampler of icons and small illustrations that can be found across the game

We’ve decided to make this story free for all readers, forever. We hope you’ll support this reporting by sharing it.
As Homeland Security’s siege on Minneapolis enters its third week, locals are volunteering for patrol shifts, protesting in the streets, and keeping one another up to date in group texts.

Read more from @scottmeslow.bsky.social in Minneapolis:
It’s worse than it looks in Minneapolis
But locals are organizing to keep each other safe from ICE agents.

I was just at a comedy show and the guy next to me says "wow, he's really funny" and his buddy goes "yeah, but that's only because it's his job." I'm going to be thinking about this comment a lot

It’s been reported locally, but I’m not sure how much national notice this has gotten. As part of this invasion by shithead goons, they are putting ICE agents in jetbridges and other parts of the airport at Minneapolis-Saint Paul. If you are flying Delta via MSP, you are putting yourself at risk.
ICE agents to begin checking documents at MSP airport, patrol jet bridges - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents will begin checking documents of travelers and workers at MSP airport, with patrols inside jet bridges.

wow, didn't think the competition for "Worst LinkedIn Post of 2026" would be so competitive already
I say this with utmost respect, but Taylor is an absolute tool for saying this privately or publicly.
I can say on good authority that it takes 7 to 10 years to develop game development skills to “good enough” to produce commercial game content. 7-10 years plus the cost of a university education.

they know what they're doing.

their entire deal is grabbing hold of words & wrenching the sense out of them until they're flat, then filling it up with their own silly string & libels.

the term for it is epistemicide & it's a weapon they use deliberately, not a result of illiteracy or confusion.
she didn’t say this at all, she answered my question about if she regrets past discrimination against trans people. not discriminating against trans people is “pedophilic trans grooming” to people like elon musk. absolute insanity

What originally prompted me to spend months researching how Sega consoles and games were sold in Italy in the 80s/90s was the fact that I kept seeing people adopting "US memories", remembering things that never happened (like Sega vs. Nintendo ads).
That's (also) why preservation is important.
The marketing of Sega in Italy (1984 - 2001) - The Genesis Temple
The marketing of Sega in Italy: from arcades to homes, 90s Italy just loved SEGA. And Giochi Preziosi loved them back with many weird ideas.
