I didn't have this issue at my polling place personally, but it seems like there were others who were having this issue — at least 4 people were not on the voter rolls like they should have been.
The polling workers were amazing, making sure voters had provisional ballots & sourcing the issue.

For those that have voted already today, thank you. For those voting in person, please be patient. A problem occurred in Chester County with printing the voter rolls. Do not leave the line! The issue will be corrected and your vote WILL be counted.
