When the NFL isn't on Tennis is my go to Sport. I watched the Jets games with you guys because I was on Masto. Depending on how much visibility I can see from here I may be tempted back into joining in.

I keep my Mastodon a/ct & throw my instance a couple of bucks every month as insurance for the day the US Govt closes this place down.

There are well known College Football and NFL journos here. If they were on Masto (that day may come!) I'd still be there.

Just saw someone get hit on the fingers by a pitch - why don't they wear protective gloves like they do in Cricket?

Anyone who's seen any Cricket knows there's a much wider variety of shots/swings in Cricket - so it can't be because the gloves limit dexterity.
