Included below is the list of crimes committed by Matt Gaetz.

Among other things, he raped a teenager…while he was a Congressman.

And this is the man Trump originally picked to be Attorney General.

I bet he doesn’t serve a day in prison for any of it.

I try to avoid hyperbole when it comes to Trump policies, but this is absolutely frickin’ insane—on about eleventy different levels.

Massive, systemic Fourth Amendment violations because … reasons.
ICE secretly told its officers that any time someone has been ordered removed, ICE can break down their door.

It has been accepted for generations that the only thing which can authorize agents to break into your home is a warrant signed by a judge. No wonder ICE hid this memo!

But then Trump couldn't pretend that he now personally owns the entire island of Greenland.
If this is meaningfully different from the status quo, it's not obvious to me how. We've had an agreement granting us jurisdiction over US military bases there for 75 years. We could easily have arranged to build another one without this psychotic brinksmanship.
“.. Denmark would give the United States sovereignty over small pockets of Greenlandic land where the United States could build military bases, according to three senior officials ..”

an agency-wide criminal conspiracy against the constitution. no one in the department of homeland security is fit for any government service
🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!

ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.

It’s great to see former Trump supporters realize their mistake, but it’s hard to feel sympathy for someone who voted for Trump in part because they thought he was going to hurt someone else instead.

The scariest part about this graph is the number of MAGA supporters who see this decimation of American science as a good thing.
This is the most astonishing graph of what the Trump regime has done to US science. They have destroyed the federal science workforce across the board. The negative impacts on Americans will be felt for generations, and the US might never be the same again.

The media needs to do its job: ask Mike Johnson about Trump’s insane memo to Norway. Incessantly. Ask Thune, too. Nonstop. Corner every Republican on the Hill with that question. And folks, it’s only going to get worse. He has the nuclear codes. This is frighteningly real.

As Trump attempts to blow up NATO, let's remember that Mike Johnson runs the House and John Thune runs the Senate. If they tried to stop Trump, they'd be doing their job. Instead they're letting Trump destroy the world order. They're betraying us all.

We are watching one of the wildest things a nation-state has ever done: A superpower is committing suicide because the GOP Congress is too cowardly to stand up to the Mad King.

This is one of the wildest moments in all of geopolitics ever.

What am I missing about DEXA scans for measuring body comp (e.g. body fat %)?

I just came across another social media personality describing them as too expensive to be widely used in primary care.

They cost $60.

If you just had a nurse weigh you in clinic, your bill would be more than that.

As "Abolish ICE" rightfully transforms into a moderate position, I'd like to already start looking ahead to when "Prosecute ICE" does the same.
Gallego ("moderate" Dem) is going with "ICE needs to be totally torn down" (not "reform and retrain"). This is a pivot point for the country on immigration. You have been seeing this in the data for a while, and now officials are snapping to the public opinion www.gelliottmorris.com/p/ice-is-a-7...

On behalf of my state, I would like to propose a counteroffer: Denmark must also include one Lego set of our choice to each household.
More than 200,000 Danish citizens have signed a petition to buy California as a response to Trump’s attempt to take Greenland.

They say they will provide Californians with “rule of law, universal health care, fact-based politics, and a lifetime supply of Danish pastries.”

Yes. ICE service is being sold to disaffected MAGA goons as an opportunity to wage a campaign of cleansing, restorative violence against Americans as an act of patriotic national service. And most normies now see that this isn't anything akin to real law enforcement.

Last night my son was telling me how his high school history class has been studying the rise of fascism in post WWI Europe.

Neither his teacher nor the students had yet drawn any parallels to present day America.

Why do we bother teaching history if not to prevent the same mistakes?!? 😡

“The difference between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss. Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous.”
How can we trust a word Trump’s administration says when they are clearly lying to us about what happened in Minneapolis?

We saw an ICE agent shoot and kill an innocent woman on video. Yet, Trump, Vance, and Noem want us to believe their lies instead of our own eyes.
