DOJ wants to force American Oversight to get rid of three pages of a FOIA complaint that lays out DOJ's Jeffrey Epstein cover-up.

Here's some of what they're asking to strike.

this pretty much guarantees months and months of performative bullshit by Trump and Ellison and right wing media about how Netflix ownership would be a woke antitrust nightmare, but letting Larry and his nepobaby son dominate U.S. media would be a delightful, populist spritzer

David Ellison calls Netflix's $82.7 billion deal value an "inferior proposal" and tells Warners shareholders that his coalition promises $18 billion more in cash.

At some point it may occur to the extremely wealthy people on Netflix’s side that the best way to save their deal is to make sure everyone in America knows how corrupt Trump and Ellison are. Their opponents paid off the referees! Make some noise about it!

On Friday Sean Hannity own network contradicted him in what looked like a pre-taped episode of Hannity. The Fox host implied that the DC bomb suspect was not a Trump supporter who questioned the 2020 election. A break news story that appeared in the same episode contradicted him.

If they signaled to another boat I would think it would have been smart for the military to WAIT for the others to arrive
WELKER: Isn't it possible that even the act of taking off a t shirt could've been part of an attempt to get attention for help?

There are so many holes in DHS’s story it’s nuts. They say this woman was driving her boyfriend’s car, who they claim is undocumented.

ICE pulls her over, see she’s alone, know they are looking for a man, and still handcuff her while she screams “I am a US citizen,”.

Why is ICE harassing women?

I've been saying this for a year now: the Democrats have missed a gigantic political opportunity--and, at this point, have failed in an ethical obligation--to create a shadow-government health department that dispenses medically accurate information, guidance, and advice.

We need to talk about the massive loophole that the Supreme Court just carved into election law over the shadow docket—giving states a free pass to enact patently unconstitutional voting rules within nearly *one year* of an election. And they’re calling a new boat to come pick up them and the floating cocaine.

Why wouldn’t you wait til the second boat arrives and kill those bad guys, too?
