And seriously ablist immigration laws. Seriously, last time I looked, you could be rejected for being overweight, neurodivergent or having any health condition that could cost more than a ridiculously low amount. NZ is not an option for most people.

It's called What Stalks the Deep, btw, if anyone else wants a very well written, super creepy horror novel with assorted flavours of queer and ND characters, none of whom die, go read. Well, start with book 1 (what moves the dead) first but you know what I mean.

Disabled people can’t “just move” to escape fascism.

Moving requires resources, money and health that most of us don’t have.

Many countries won’t accept disabled people, especially if they have universal healthcare.

People are trapped, so we must fight for them.

My fiance is allergic to the entire mint family and people like this have nearly hospitalised her multiple times, so I am behind you on this. People do not need to douse themselves so hard with perfumes that they nearly kill people.
