the phrasing here is like apple sauce for babies but a good reminder that wearing a mask is hands down the most effective way to keep yourself and the people around you safe from both "severe virus season" and the debilitating plague that hasn't actually gone away at any point in the last 5 years

To this day PR people ask me if Intuit really asked me to delete this part of the interview and shake their heads in sad disbelief. My friends what we sell here is our ethics policy

I have no issue with hard questions. Also, no issue with talking about free tax prep, Direct File, etc. Your POV is all good, even if it is counter to what we’ve said publicly (links below).

My issue is that the interview deteriorated into something unintelligible to listeners. You asked a question and Sasan answered, then he continued to try and answer your follow ups as you raised your voice and spoke over him. There is ample opportunity in post-production to make the interaction sensical. That’s my ask - to delete that which takes away from the conversation, so listeners understand your question and the answer Sasan gave.
