Is learning new skills transparent (you spend earned points or something and the skill appears)? Or is there an in-character process to do it, like an apprenticeship?
You can always add them later! It can be a huge pain to do a voice for that long anyway. My NPCs generally lose their accent after about 3 sentences lol
Gotta talk to your players after, ask them what works and what doesn't. Faster combat, more skill checks, whatever- see which bits they like. Use that to get better next time.
You don't need to do voices, or mannerisms, or costumes, or props. Most players don't, in my experience. Just describe what you're doing in simple language. It's that easy!
